In the Driver’s Seat is a radio edit of the podcast Love Your Diagnosis, which Lainie created to give people’s health success stories a voice.
A diagnosis can be seen as a gift if you look at it as a second chance to get to know and treat yourself in a more loving way.
Lainie gets raw and intimate and draws out some morsels of gold from people’s journeys of what made them determined to get back in the driver’s seat of the decisions around their health instead of following PRACTITIONER’S ORDERS ONLY!
Sistas of spin
Lainie also co manages and DJ’s on a radio show called Sistas of Spin on Bay FM Friday nights from 6pm to 8pm with a rotational roster of ten local female DJs. Sistas of Spin amplifies women’s representation in DJ performance and music technology.
